Attila Moharos
Born in 1951 in Kémes, Hungary. Since 1973 he has been working as an assistant director. He made his first documentary 'And Now I'm Here / S immár itt vagyok' in 1999, which won Best Photography Prize at the 31st Hungarian Film Week, Best Documentary Film Prize at the Hungarian Independent Film & Video Festival and at the Camera Hungaria Festival. The jury of the 42nd "White Nights" Film Festival of Saint-Petersburg awarded Moharos's first work Special Mention. In 2001, 'And Now I'm Here / S immár itt vagyok' won Hungarian Film Critics' Prize and Special Mention at the Dialektus Festival after presented in the programme of several international festivals. 'When Serving Years Go Past / Mikor szolgának telik esztendeje', a documentary made in 2002 won Best Documentary Film Prize at the Mediawave - "Another Connection" in Győr (Hungary) and Special Prize of Duna Televison.
