Krisztina Deák

(1953, Budapest)

She graduated as an editor from the Academy of Theatre and Film (Budapest) in 1977 and as a director in 1982. Her career started with television films. She made her first feature film, The Book of Esther in 1989. Since 1992 she has been directing in theatres as well.
