The Brisbane International Film Festival is Queensland's premier film event.
Presented annually by the Pacific Film and Television Commission, BIFF provides a focus for film culture in Queensland by showcasing the best and most interesting world cinema.
Screening over 200 films, the diverse programme of this non-competitive festival includes features, documentaries, shorts, experimental work, animation and some video.
BIFF draws content from a dynamic and global palette, and covers categories that meet the tastes and needs of a broad film going audience.
