DaKINO International Film Festival is the first film festival organized in Romania. It is also the only short-film competition in Romania and one of the important Festivals in Central-Eastern Europe.

DaKINO Festival takes place yearly in the last week of November.

DaKINO Festival has a competition section for short-films and a non-competitive section for the feature films awarded at the most important film festivals around the world.
