The object of the Festival is to present and promote valuable films for children and youths, stimulate their distribution and create a forum of artists, film critics and theorists, producers, distributors, representatives of audio-visual media, pedagogues and young viewers.
The competition is open to foreign and Polish films. Grand Prix of the Festival is a Poznañ Golden Goats for the best film presented to the producer and director of the film.
