100% EUROPEO - The primary objective of the Seville Film Festival is the promotion of the European film culture, paying special attention to the emergent European film making, including the incorporation of new mediums of film expression.
Additionally, the Festival will favour the encounter of new creators and established professionals, allowing to show an extensive perspective of the most recent and significant releases at an international level.

Official Feature Films: Competitive section devoted to European feature films. The film must not have been produced before in Spain � either commercially, or in Film Festivals, except those films screened already in parallel sections of Category A festivals.
Eurodoc: Competitive section open to documentary films by European production companies, over 30 minutes in length and not yet screened commercially in Spain.
Europe_Europe: Competitive section including, among others, feature and documentary films, selected and nominated by the European Film Academy for the European Film Awards.
Europe in Shortfilm: Panorama section of European produced Short Films less than 30 minutes in length. Non competitive section.
e. Eurimages: Panorama section of films which have been produced with the financial assistance of Eurimages funds.
f. Focus Europe: Every year there will be organised a special section, focusing on the cinematography of one specific country in the European context and selecting the best of its production in the last years.
Monographic sections: These sections will be specifically dedicated to review and evaluate the work of outstanding artists and professionals related to the cinema - from film directors, producers, actors, screenwriters, directors of photography, musicians to other creators, whose creative work is interesting within the context of cinema. These sections may go with a complementary seminar programme.
h. Cinemajoyce: These sections will be dedicated to the presentation and study of film makers, genres, schools and other subjects of special interest.
