The Syracuse International Film and Video Festival has been conceived and organized by artists for artists and audiences interested in film and video as art forms. This festival will showcase all forms of expression for all genres and lengths, made by artists for all ages, countries and ideologies.
The festival is a production of Point of Contact, an organization on the Verbal and Visual Arts.
