NEFF is the New European Film Festival
It comes from the merger of the Audiovisual Festival and the International Film Festival of Vitoria, and at the same time, it feeds on the experience of the Basque Film Week and Cortada.
NEFF's aim is to create a more significant event for the city in order to get its own identity inside the festivals' world.
Feature and Short film competitive sessions, special activities, invited countries, performances, books' launches, parties....all this will make Vitoria, which has got a deeply-rooted cultural tradition, enjoy a great environment of international cinema.
