(2011, documentary, digital, color, 106 minutes)
April 26, 1986 went down in history as the day of the biggest nuclear disaster in human history.
Radioactive dust released from the ruined reactor drifted across Europe and polluted entire countries. Bendarjevskiy and Maczelka visited the region in April 2011, 25 years after the catastrophe, and began the mammoth task of creating a film about the Chernobyl Zone.
The film shows people working inside the zone and the new town of Slavutich, which was built in place of deserted Pripyat.
